Thanks to a very generous Anonymous person we now have a translation of what is being said in this video. Thank you for the work you did translating this for us.

Female Reporter: Muhammed, can you hear me?
Muhammed: Yes, I hear you, we are now on the outskirts of Al-Qusair, behind me lies Al-Mashtal Bridge area, which means we are less than one kilometer away from Al-Qusair, on my right side we can hear the violent clashes in Al-Dawthariya area, its one of the close areas to Al-Qusair. Weve toured the distance today between the Lebanese border and toward the area that we are close to at the moment, weve passed through the eastern hills, and we have also passed through important and sensitive areas for the opposition forces like Ras Al-Mai area which was an important and compulsory passage way for the opposition to smuggle arms into Al-Qusair, weve passed through Al-Aboudeyya area and the roads that lead to Homs and the highway to Damascus.
The field situation on the outskirts right now is very tense, there are a lot of violent clashes in Al-Dawthariya area, which means in the military sense that the whole city is basically almost fully under siege by the Syrian Army which is conducting military operations near Al-Dawthariya.

The reporter thanks him after this and tells him that they want to stay on the air with him so they can benefit from his knowledge, and she wants to him to take all precautions to ensure his own personal safety. Then she recaps the situation that he described earlier, and she asks where the military movement is headed towards, in which he answers..
Muhammed: Up until now, so we can give a clear picture of whats happening, the western countryside is under full control of the army, the southern countryside is also under control by the army, which was reported yesterday.
Al-Dawthariya area which is nearby the city, is where the violent clashes have been taking place since last night, the army is trying to push forward, its one of the last frontlines for the opposition in regards to Al-Qusair, the city is basically under a full siege from all countrysides, except Dabaa and Eastern Buwaida in the North Eastern countryside, the opposition is no longer in control of any of the villages surrounding Al-Qusair.
Female Reporter: Are the movements of the army headed towards the areas youve just mentioned or are they headed towards besieging the area for an extended period of time?
Muhammed: Until now the military sources is refusing to uncover any of the details pertaining to this operation or its future in the coming days, but the sources do confirm that the countryside is under full control of the army, and all the smuggling passage ways around the city of Al-Qusair whether its from the Lebanese border or the Damascus countryside has been completely severed.

The female reporter recaps the events one more time. Then she asks to get a clearer picture of whats going around Muhammed, in which the camera zooms in, and they both continue to describe the situation for the viewers.
